Erwin Osman Delgado has been a trial lawyer since 2011, specializing in criminal law. He is one of the pioneers of Panama’s Accusatory Criminal System, having litigated at every procedural stage since its introduction, with the highest professional and ethical standards.

He holds a degree in Law and Political Science, a diploma in Human Rights, and both a postgraduate degree and a master’s in the Accusatory Criminal System. He has spoken at conferences and seminars on criminal procedure.
He also brings experience in criminal investigation and forensic science from his time with the Judicial Technical Police and the Criminalistics Department.
